You’re Eating Too Much:​​ ​In​ ​order​ ​to​ ​lose​ ​weight,​ ​you​ ​need​ ​to​ ​be​ on ​a​ ​caloric​ ​deficit diet,​ ​meaning​ ​you need​ ​to​ ​eat​ ​less​ ​calories​ ​than​ ​burn.​ ​Finding​ ​out​ ​how​ ​many​ ​calories​ ​you​ ​are​ ​burning​ ​each​ ​day can​ ​be​ ​beneficial​ ​and​ ​a​ ​good​ ​learning​ ​tool​.​ ​Consider​ ​using​ ​an​ ​app to​ ​log​ ​your​ ​intake​ ​or​ ​write​ ​down​ ​what​ ​you​ ​eat​ ​in​ ​a​ ​food​ ​journal​ ​for​ ​a​ ​week.​ ​This​ ​really​ ​helps​ ​you take​ ​a​ ​better​ ​look​ ​into​ ​your​ ​nutrition.​
